Vehicle Parking

  • Surface lot parking is available. Parking is first come, first serve.
  • Take 101 and exit N Mathilda Ave. towards Sunnyvale. Continue on N. Mathilda Ave. for 0.3 miles and make a right on W. California Ave. turn left at the Sunnyvale Business Park.  Enter lobby for assistance.  
    • The Sunnyvale campus is owned by a third-party landlord and is located in a shared campus. Parking is monitored by a third-party security company staffed 24/7. Only park in the "Blue Zone" as indicated by signage in the area. Red Zone parking is for employees of other tenants in the complex. Other parking policies are not currently in effect but please check back often as occupancy increases. Parking enforcement can be strict.
      • The first time someone parks without a pass, they are issued a paper ticket on the windshield. 
      • The second time a vehicle is cited, they will apply a ticket to a window. This sticker is difficult to remove and is done to ensure no one can contest the citation.
      • The third citation will result in the vehicle being towed at the owner's expense.

  • To book a conference room, please create a meeting in Microsoft Outlook and search for the prefix 640 W. California - "GT-640" or 860 W. California - "GT-860"
  • Most rooms are equipped with a Zoom display, screen sharing and a whiteboard.
  • Rooms may be booked anytime within 30 days. 
  • To book a managed conference room or café space, please place a service request here
    • Many of our conference rooms spaces can be set-up in several ways.  If you have any special set-up requests such as extra power, high boy tables, or a socializing environment. Please include the details in your service request.
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, the room will become available for others to reserve, but will not fall off your calendar. Meeting series will be come available after three late shows. 
  • Do not borrow equipment from conference rooms. Visit Campus to rent similar equipment.

Need a room? Submit a request using the simple intake form in Me@Campus. 


Plan with a Coordinator

A coordinator will reach out to complete the intake process, get additional information and book your room. You will be sent an Outlook calendar invite from the booked room. 


Prepare for the meeting

Behind the scenes, your coordinator will be planning. Along the way you will get emails with links to select catering, confirm layouts, and AV services needed. 

Rooms of all styles and functions are available across campus. We have made booking rooms and services for team gatherings a one-stop-shop. All rooms that accommodate over 15 people are centrally managed. All these rooms can have additional services added to them. Most of these rooms have configurable furniture.
